1) Collecting the requirement from the concerned project managers.

2) According to the requirement, sourcing the profiles.

3) The next step after collecting the profile is to send the mail to the candidate about the requirement (job description, their present and expected CTC, etc.).

4) The next step is to call the candidate and explain the requirement and check whether he is willing to change his job. If yes, ask him about his experience level. If it suits the requirement, the next step is to fix the interview slot, taking his feasible time and also the interviewers' feasible time.

5) The next step is to send the slot to the reporting heads.

6) Once the candidates clear all the rounds of the interview.

7) The next step is to arrange the HR round and negotiate the salary.

8) If the candidate is okay with all our terms and conditions.

9) Send the offer letter to the concerned person.

10) Continue follow-up with the candidate until he joins.
