I would like to get two letters;
My organisation ( NGO) is closing its two districts office mainly completion of work, so I need two letters
1. Staff; inform to the staff that because of the work is going to complete by the end of July 2018. Your employment contract will be ended and office will be closed.
2. Letter to other partners/ organisations about this information.
Particular I am interest if you have particular experience working with I/NGO.
