I apologized for hurriedly/erroneously forwarding Form O instead of Form Q, which is applicable to Tamil Nadu shops and establishments under Rule 16 sub-rule (1).
There was no desire to mislead or confuse any of the members, but a mistake was made, and none of the senior members noticed.
However, as a contributing member since April 4, 2009, you have also awoken after nearly 4 years to bring out the error.
