Dear Saravanan,
As you have an MBA in HR, I presume that you know all about Research Methodology. Hence, I suggest that you access the web and study articles such as the one at https://www.researchgate.net/profile...-Behaviors.pdf
Here is a extract from the Conclusion of the article.

Based on that information, there is scope to do research and add new knowledge to the KNOWLEDGE BANK, a key criteria for getting a PhD degree.
