I am doing some research about Metrics System. Can anyone help me to find out what are the different metrics which can be used in KPO industry? From the research, I have done so far KPO's are different from BPO. So kindly give me the list of performance or key metrics we can use in a KPO company. I need them for Operations, Customer Relationship and other departments of KPOs.
