Does the "last in, first out" policy apply when terminating employees in the same role or same department?
If i need to terminate 3 employees due to reduced work, do i have to look at who came in last to that particular department & role, or the newest joinees to my firm?
Basically my question is - which of these are the law?
Last In to the role of Web Designer
Last In to the department - Web Design or
Last employee to be hired in the company

It is actually the Last employee hired in the Organisation / newest entry to your firm over all.

Think of job rotation for the Sr.workmen to another department and train him. If success then the matter is simple
