If any employee has completed 10 year of services and continued in service till age of 58 years, then after if he wish not to go for pension can full PF can be withdrawal?

Regarding your question - Can full PF be withdrawn? Yes, the employee can receive a full refund of the PF amount held in their account.
As for the EPS (Employer Share @8.33%), the employee will receive a Scheme Certificate upon completing 10 years of membership.
