Background of My Situation

I joined this program on 17th August in Shahdol, and after that, I transferred to the second vertical in Jabalpur in October, which was communicated via the official email on November 17. At the end of November, I was put on a PIP email while I was told that I had received a lot of verbal warnings, but I had never heard anything about it.

HR Interaction and Performance Review

After this, I had a call with HR on November 30, and it was said that I needed to provide reciprocation in 15 days. I was doing the right thing, and my performance was fine too, so I refused to provide reciprocation. The same happened on January 18, when I was told to give reciprocation, or else it would be wrong for me. Then, I was sent a show cause notice on January 25, where I was falsely accused of a fake transaction, and my performance was questioned.

I sent a reply stating that I was acting according to company rules and had not done anything wrong, and my performance was improving every month. Three days later, it was stated that my 121 customer had to do 256 transactions, which was firmed as incorrect, and my performance was not correct. After this, HR called and asked for a quick reply or reciprocation. I said I had not done anything wrong. I then sent a reply that I was completely working according to the company rules and had not done anything wrong, and I sent my last 3 months' performance sheet and the performance of the contest in which many of our team was behind me.

Assessment and Transfer Proposal

I got a call for the assessment where I was questioned about the data of the fake transaction. I said that I had sent my performance report. They started saying that I had made it myself. Then, three days later, a call came saying they would transfer me to Mumbai. I requested 10 days' time as my son's education was ongoing and my father's health was not well. They said, "We do not know, come in 3 days or give us the reciprocation, or we will terminate you." I said to send me an email, but I did not receive any email for the transfer.

Health Issues and Further Developments

In the meantime, I got typhoid and took a leave. On February 15, I received a call asking what I thought. I said that my environment had filled me with tension, and I am also a family member, requesting another arrangement for one and a half months. They again gave me a 14-day PIP three months after February 16, which ended on March 2.

Termination and Resignation

Since March 1, they started threatening me to resign, saying they would terminate me, give negative feedback, and provide an experience and relieving letter with negative remarks. I pleaded for time until March 15-20. I emailed them on March 10 that I had not received an email for 14 days, and on March 13, they emailed me that I was being terminated.

I received an email stating that I had not been in the system since the 16th and locked my official ID. I got a lot of tension and emailed my resignation letter to my reporting boss and HR on March 13 from my personal email ID. But now they are not acknowledging my resignation, and neither are they providing my relieving and experience letter. Meanwhile, my December, January, and February performance has been better than the rest of the team members, and the December 18 months' incentives also came.
