Dear Simran,
While you have asked for the question paper for IQ test, I have different take on the IQ test itself.
IQ tests are conducted while recruiting junior level employees. As the person moves upward in the organisation he/she is expected to acquire various skills like conflict handling skills, decision making skills. Therefore, what is tested at that level is not IQ but ability to lead the people.
IQ tests though helpful in establishing one's grasping power, at senior level, one is expected to have implemented knowledge gained in the past. Therefore, rather than testing IQ, it is important to assess execution skills for senior and middle level managers.
Therefore, I recommend you talking to your seniors and conveying the opposite side of their view.

Dear Simran,
While fully agreeing with learned friend Mr.Dinesh, on the contrary here if you propose IQ test,selection test for middle level employees in recruitment, the turn out would be very dismal as per my experience.
So better avoid the same and only implement for Junior /starter levels,by discussing with your boss.
