I need a suggession from you. There are 50 employees are working in our concern. I have remitted EPf Payment for the month of Jan 17 for 45 employees only due to Aadhaar card mismatch in Date of Birth and Name . Thereafter i got Aadhar card after made a correction. Now i have to remit epf for them.

It may be you have generate a new challan respect 5 member month of jan’17 with interest. (through filling ECR month of jan’18)

I think no need to pay again because EDLI amount 0.5% (of total value) or minimum 200/- its payable monthly as you have already paid.

Dear Amar, 1. Tally license is an Prrepaid expense (current assest). other question 2. I think Contract employees can’t avail gratuity because they are taking benefit contractual employee.
