Hello ,i recently joined a dairy industry and now i want to some new rules regulation for marketing team related to their salary scheme coz they leave their job at random, and its create very difficulties.as well as tell me how can i maintain leave process and tell me leave calendar.

Whether employee leaving with or without notice calculation of Paid Leave / Earned Leave will not be affected due to that.
Dear colleague,
Your challenge is retaining marketing people who bring business or service customers. You need to analyse reasons for leaving your organisation.
That apart , you need to introduce attendance incentive or/ and sales incentive. Attendance incentive can be made payable once in a year after minimum attendance of 240 days. It can be cash incentive. For sales incentive, devise payment scheme linking to achievement of set sales target.
This is an off-hand suggestion and has to be tailor-made to your specific needs.
As regards, leave rules, the same are governed by State Shops Act and follow the same.
