Yes you can pay over and above the statutory limit of stipend but only thing which will not applicable is refund from apprenticeship board. After completion of successful apprenticeship training employer can claim the stipend amount from apprenticeship board while that time board will consider only as per specified limits.

manojkambleDear Krissh, If you are paying the amount as stipend which is over and above the specified limit then also you need not to contribute to PF or ESIC for apprentice.
