I have recently joined an organization as an HR Manager. There is not much things to do as of now..my boss want me to establish things as HR.

Hello, first you go through the working atmosphere and try understand the nature of employees. If there is a monotonous environment in your company then try to break it by using some employee engagement activity like - arrange soft skill development training, put emails on work anniversary and birthdas also you can implement internal HR site of the company.
