Shift Scheduling Dilemma: Should Apprentices Work the 2nd or 3rd Shift?

Our industry running with 3 shifts. shall we engage apprentice in 2nd or 3rd shift?

Normally apprentices are not allowed to work in 2nd and 3rd shift but yes you can make them work for these shifts only after taking proper exemption from apprentice advisor / board.
