Hi Does anybody have the Rules for newly enacted Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 which came into efefct from 19th Dec 2017. Regards

The rules have not been officially notified as of today. However, the draft rules have been published through a circular issued by the GOM dated 02.02.2018, inviting objections to be raised within 15 days of its publication.
