Satish, What position do you occupy in the organisation? Are you in HR? Various laws starting from Minimum wages Act to ESIC and EPF give rights to workers.

Dear professional colleague,
Some of the prominent rights of workers which come to my mind are listed below:
1. Right to form and join union
2. Right of minimum wages .
3 Right of minimum bonus
4 Right of receiving wages for the month on or before 10th of the next month.
5. Right to be heard before any punitive action by employer.
6 Right of expression of grievances relating to work and seek resolution.
7 Right of Maternity leave / benefits for women employees
8 Right to complain against sexual harassment at work place.
9 Right of safety at work place
10 Right of privilege leave
11 Right of weekly holiday and National holidays
12 Right of PF and ESI Benefits.
13 Right of workers as contained in the Factories Act
14 Right of safe drinking water, safe Woking conditions protective measures against fire and accidents.
15 Right of appeal against Management's actions
The above is not exhaustive list but what came to my mind prominently.
