Issuing Identity Card to Employees

For issuing an identity card to employees, as per the recent amendment of the Maharashtra Shop & Establishment Act 1948, there are a few additions to the list:

15. The employer of an establishment shall furnish every worker with an identity card. Such a card shall contain the following and other particulars as may be prescribed, namely:

a. The name of the employer
b. The name, if any, and the postal address of the establishment
c. The name and age of the worker
d. Date of joining, department, nature of work, designation
e. The signature (with date) of the employer or manager
f. Blood Group
g. Aadhar Card Number

Please confirm which are the mandatory ones to be mentioned on the Employee I-Card.
