I Have one quick Question regarding Absconding from the Current Employer, below is the detailed description.
I have joined in one company two months back. After joining there I don't like their work culture & the environment. And also since two months i don't have assigned with any work, Simply am going to office & sitting that's it. Now I got an offer with some other employer with More Hike & Senior Position.
Now my question is If I left the company without serving Notice Period is there any problem (here I don't want any docs from this company, I haven't mentioned this company in my resume & also i don't have any agreement with them, just i have received two months salary from them).
Please provide your suggestions on the above.
