Not Working

Dear sir,
I had joined a Delhi based corporate office on 12.01.2015 and left the same on 03.08.2015 (6.5 months). Then I joined another company after 3 months of leaving i.e. on 27.11.2015 and my last working day was 23.10.2017 (23 months). I had taken a request to epfo site for transferring my PF account to my new account. But the PF amount got transferred and the pension amount wasn't transferred in the same.
I even talked to my previous company's HR team but they told me that the amount wouldn't be transferred as I didn't completed 8 months in the company. Sir I want to ask you is it possible to withdraw that amount or may be transferred to my current account?

Dear Mr. Anil Sharma,
As per your statement :-
your 1st DOJ 12.01.2015 & DOE 03.08.2015,
again 2nd Co DOJ 27.11.2015 to till date.
You transferred PF Amont from old Co to New Co.
Answer :-
1) Three months is your non contribution pored i.e. 03 will be deducted from your total service period.
2) There is no provision in EPF to transfer EPS Amount from one PF A/C to Another A/C.
3) 08 months is irrelevant.
