Ok, I understand. Can you cite where it is shown in the Act that the Act is applicable to commercial establishments only if the number of employees exceeds 50 so that I can also direct my persons in Bangalore accordingly and avoid paying the contribution?

It is clear that as per section 4(iii) an establishment is one which employs more than 50 employees. At the same time an employer is one who employs at least one person. Ok, it is clear. Thank you

Till Now there is no option to file annual returns online, atleast KLWF Department has suppose to release online payment option in Khajane-II

My company is registered in Haryana, but he have provided services to Reliance in Karnataka. Hence, Reliance is asking us to pay KLWF in Bengaluru against the same. Request you to please confirm whether we can submit the same or not.
Also please confirm the late payment penalty charges applicable for the same. Can we send form d along with DD by courier to the office address of KLWF, Bengaluru Karnataka.

Its really better to courier the form D and pay the payment through cheque near any bank near by mentioning all the details sending one copy to reliance and other copy with you for future refernce .
