Hi friends,

I hope you all enjoyed Diwali. I am curious about the current eligibility criteria for employee bonuses as per the latest amendments in the ACT. Specifically, I am interested in understanding how an employee's salary and level (bargaining, executive, or management staff) influence their eligibility for a bonus.

I would also like to know when an employee might lose eligibility for receiving ex-gratia bonuses. Could someone provide some insights on this?

Thank you,
Shantanu
