HI Team, Request you to help me with the maternity benefits how we need to calculate the pay what will be the duration of benefits and can we extend the maternity leave if required.

A woman is allowed either 12 weeks or 26 weeks of maternity leave as permissible by law. Maternity leave cannot exceed this period. However, she can extend her leave beyond the maternity leave period, subject to approval by the employer and deducted from her leave balance.
