Hi,
I was working as a sr. merchandiser in an export house, and resigned from my post on 07-November, serving a notice period for one month. But on 17-November, I was not able to go to office and informed the same to my immediate senior (GM). Then he asked me to not to come to office from the very next day. I discontinued going to office. I was following up for my October month salary to the factory manager, and he informed that the salary is delayed due to lack of funds.Today have sent an email to the director of the company for my payment. Then got a reply from the GM with the following fake allegation:-
1. Placed wrong hardware to the supplier in China and India.
2. You have given wrong information to the buying agencies about the in house date of raw material.
3. You have even not placed proper required quantity of the hardware and raw material.
4. You have ordered wrong finish of the hardware.
5. You did not order any thread and other reinforcement material and the same was missing from the BOM against which I have asked question but still you did not order the same in your order requisition.
6. You did not even ordered packaging material and keep lying to the factory and agency both.
7. You have purchased local material from the market in place of ordering the same from our China supplier for our SMS orders.
8. You have bought the hardware from MK in sadar through cash and given half of the things to Dinesh for plating and rest of the material we have not received against the purchase.
9. You have not ordered right colour leather for our SMS order and the same leather is in stock with us and we have to purchase leather from another supplier on urgent basis with double the cost.
10. During our internal meeting with the agency you have lied that you have ordered everything but on asking the invoice against your purchase, we found that you have ordered nothing.
11. You have taken the GSP of the customer intentionally with yourself and due to which we have bear losses.
All of the above allegations are wrong and I could have proved most of them wrong, if i had an access to my official ID but, now i have no access to my official email id.
Please advise, as the company is trying to make a fraud and harassing me!

Reply politely declining any liability or error in your work and ask for access to your Email ID and records to prove your work.
Are you the only person responsible for orders or there were others in the organisation chain
Do you decide on what is to be ordered or you order only what is asked for concerned departments?
Was your resignation accepted by the company?
Did your immediate senior give you something in writing not to come to office from next day?
Think in terms of consulting the Labour officer of your area and seeking his advice as a next step in case company is adamant.

Further to the above, I have some more dues on the company for which I have submitted the bills to factory manager ( for around Rs. 9000) and have sent him a calculation to him on email.

Dear Nathrao Sir,
Well noted the above.
I was the only person handling the orders, but kept my GM in copy to all the emails.
I was directed to order the materials by our GM or the buyer. Frankly speaking i missed to place one order to one supplier.
No, my resignation was not accepted on email, but it was confirmed verbally.
No my immediate senior did not gave anything in writing not to come to office from the next day, but i have mentioned the same in email sent today and he did not said anything oin that point.
Noted to consult a labor officer.
Thanks!

Dear colleague,
You write immediately denying all the allegations levelled against you as false and are an afterthought to de ny you your legitimate dues .Reply on each allegation and ask them to settle your dues soon or threaten them that you will take legal action.
Wait for their reply and if no reply given approach your area Labour Office and lodge a complaint.

I would advice a polite letter denying the allegations.
Briefly inform them that your actions as merchandiser were also as a result of demand from departments and copies of al mails were marked to GM
Verbal acceptance of resignation has no real legal meaning as it can be denied.
These allegations are related to which period or how many days/weeks prior to your exiting.
Be very polite and precise in your words.
But ask for release of all dues to you immediately.
Think of meeting the labour officer of the area.
