Hello sir, I have asked a question. I am working as HR/Admin in IT company we can pay salary of employees as per the company working days?
If we can pay then the salary according this please share the notification and other supporting document.

Dear Pawan,
If you are working in the IT company then please refer Shops and Establishment Act of your state.
Under the provisions of this act, after six days of work, employee is eligible to get weekly off on the seventh day. This weekly off is a paid one. You cannot consider weekly off as absence and start deducting the salary.

Dear Pawan, Please refer to the Appointment letters issued to your Employees? you have engaged Employees on Monthly Salary/Daily Salary? I presume you must have engaged them on Monthly Salary
For Employees engaged on Monthly Salary, you have to include Weekl Off as already stated by Mr Dinesh
You will be governed by applicable Shops & Commercial Establishments Act
