Respected all my seniors, I just wanted to bring my one concern which is related to LWP impact in the employee salary & incentive in the MNC. I went on leave for durga puja celebration & I was supposed to report on 3 October which was not possible due to my return flight was on the same day. I dropped a message to my team leader saying that I was mentally not fit & flight was delay.
On the contrary team leader returned a message saying that I need to report as soon as possible. On the other day they said that I would not be getting incentive as well as LWP would be considered. So when I received my salary I found my salary whole incentive deduction & LWP marked one day salary deducted. You all highly experienced suggest me whatever team leader did sensibly right, reasonable & violation of power towards the employee.

Dear Mr.R.Das,
If I am not wrong LWP is Leave without Pay. It appears that you are in MNC and probably you have leave but the team leader has taken action as LWP. At the same time you will not get your incentive which has been ultimately implemented.
LWP may be as per the leave policy of the Organization and the Incentive scheme is usually defined scheme for any MNC.
Please talk to your superior to understand the leave rule and Incentive Scheme. If it appears that some action has been initiated beyond the Organization's policy , then try to under stand the reason behind it or else talk to HR Dept at your Organization.
Thanks & Regds.,
