There is no specific register to be maintained separately for the Labour Welfare Fund. Just ensure that the employee deduction of LWF is reflecting in the salary sheets or register. Upon submission of the LWF contribution amount, you need to attach Form A-1 Cum Return (Wide Rule 3-A). A formatted copy is attached.
