A worker is eligible to be paid for a National/Festival Holiday, only if he is not absent either the day before or after that particular Holiday. Is it Right? If so, could anyone get me the reference please
Whether to apply sandwich rule to be applied or not will be depending upon your company leave policy. National holiday generally to be paid for all the On roll employees for contract employees it may be disputed in case of continuing leave period.
