How we can make employee friendly salary calculation where they have to give less tax.
There are many small companies, not providing PF/gratuity, so considering them can you suggest something which should also good for the employer.
- If various reimbursement (Meal, Training, car, phone etc), is considered in salary component then is it necessary for employees to submit bill to the employer? Is it not possible that employer can make some fixed amount, n need of bill from employees.
