Recent Amendments about the Act and how can it be applicable to a PSU?
You have to invite apprenticeship advisor to visit your unit. Before doing this please meet her / him personally & orally discuss.
But apprentices are required to be given study leave with pay & there are other restrictions too. So if you intent to engage apprentices with sole view of saving costs, better study the apprentices act.
