If any employee is not under PF earlier. Now his basic salary is above Rs. 15,000/- What will be contribution from Employer & employee - at actual basic or minimum wage limit Rs. 15,000/-?

Hi, If the employee was not covered under PF earlier, then why should it be incorporated now? Secondly, PF contribution can be based on actual wages or as per the ceiling value of Rs. 15,000, depending on mutual agreement between the employee and employer.
