Hi All, I'm thinking for a new policy which is follows.
24 leaves in Year
Jan to Dec
1 . Leaves be divided
1 . Earned leave
2. CL
3 . Sick leave
During probation period employee can avail only 1 Leave which can taken as cl or sick leave.
After completing the probation period employee can avail for EL too.
After December only 10 leaves can be carried forward to next year rest of leaves would be collasped.
Marriage Leave- 10 days leave can be given to an employee where he need to tell management. If he doesnt have the leave in his kity it would be considered as Leave without pay.
Maternity Leave would be 24 to 26 weeks.
please provide me some suggestions

Any leave policy you draft should be either in accordance to or above the law prevailing i.e. S&E, and/or Factories Act applicable to your company. The Maternity Leave is 26 weeks as per the amended Maternity Benefit Act.
