I am sure that you know well that a Public Ltd Company registered under the Companies Act,1956 can engage itself in any business, trade,service or manufacturing of its choice and the suffix attached to it as per its name clause refers to its constitution only. Therefore, without knowing the nature of its activity for which people are employed, one can not answer your question. Also, you can get the details of minimum wages for your industry by going through the web portal of the Labor Department of the concerned State or Central Govt as the case be.

I am not able understand your querry. There is no minimum wages stipulated for the staffs/employees/executives are working in any Public Ltd company. Rather the wages of those employees are governed under the wage board.
Further the workmen engaged by the contractors engaged in a Public Ltd Company covered under the concept of Minimum wages. Now, you decide whether your PSU is state owned or centre owned. If it is state owned then the rate as per state notified under minimum wages. Similiarly, rate notified by the cntral Govt under minimum wages act and as well as to see the PSU is existing in which category(A,B &C) city.

2. Minimum wages are not declared by the status of the employer(e.g. Public Limited Company, Private Limited Company, Partnership Firm and Proprietary Firm).
3. Minimum Wages notifications are issued on the basis of particular jobs and or it is issued on the basis of skills of the employees e.g. unskilled, semi skilled, skilled, highly skilled etc.
