Dear All,
I have recently joined one IT company. We are into software development.
We have no leave policy so far.
Management has asked me to implement so.
Can you all please guide me - how many CL, SL and EL / PL an IT Company can allow as per Mumbai Shops & Establishment Act.

Dear Aniket Pathak,
As per new Maharashtra Shops & Commercial Establishments Act & Rules framed there under.Need your view
We have obtained the Shops License for Pune Office in the year 2016, subsequently renewed in the month of November 2016 for the year 2017.
Later on, in the year 2017 due to increased in Staff from 1 to 5, duly Amendment as well as Change of Address being carried out in Form E old format & further renewed up to Dec 2018
Now again there is change in Office Address as well as increase in Staff, from 5 to 10. In which format Amendment has to be intimated to the inspector.
Kindly revert.

Hi, I am working as an HR in an IT Company. I have been asked to suggest some Leave Policy.
We have 12 CL and 10 Festival Leaves in which 3 are optional leave status, i.e, 12 Casual Leaves & 10 Festivals Leaves. Kindly help me out with some points could be suggested for the same.
Current policy if the leave is more then 2 days, they will consider 1 day = 2 LWP so our employees are not happy with the policy.
I recently joined this company could you guys help me out how to make the necessary changes.
Thanks.
