Dear Friends,
I was working in a Education Institute for 7 years in administration department. After completing 7 years I have resigned from the job and claim my gratuity.
The said Education Institute has denied me gratuity stating I am not eligible for the gratuity as per Maharashtra Govt. G.R.
Read -
1. Government Resolution No.: Senive-1009/CR.31/SER-4, dated 05th May, 2009.
2. Government Resolution No.: Senive-1009/CR.69/SER-4, dated 21st August, 2009.
Please assist me with the above GR. if possible, Since I am not able to access the above GRs.
Secondly, If I am eligible, please guide me with the relevant information and source of documents to be able assess so that I can produce the same to the Deemed University Management. Waiting for your kind reply from our HR community.
