You can withdraw your PF only for these reasons when you are in duty:
1) You put your papers and after serving 60 days of notice period.
2) After you retire &
3) In case of an emergency
- Marriage (30-40% of your savings)
- Hospitality (100%)
- Education (50%
- Housing (depending on your area)
You can withdraw the PF amount by using Form 31 (which is for Partial PF withdrawal).
The time taken for PF withdrawal is maximum 3 weeks.
