Need help in terms of how to introduce PF to existing employees. Though my company doesn't fall under compulsory PF Deduction norms still we wanted to inform employees that they can opt for PF voluntarily. Can someone help me with a draft that can be sent to all employees mentioning the benefits etc.
Also, is there any cap for Employee contribution?

EPF & EPS Wage Ceiling is Presently @Rs15,000/-PM. EPF Wages-Basic+DA+VDA. Employee Share@12% Employer Share@13.15%. You should obtain PF Code Number. EPF is a Beneficial Legislation
