Hi all,
I have a team of 5 people who are involved in cleaning my office and serving various items to my employees and guests. We are growing, and management is seeking improved services. We do not intend to replace our current employees but rather to provide them with additional training to enhance their skills, enabling them to offer better service and potentially earn more. Is there any organization in Delhi that provides training for service staff? Please let me know.

Dear Viplove,
We would be glad to discuss more on this with you.
We had conducted a training program for office boys of a premier law company in Delhi. This group of about 10-15 people included the pantry boys, drivers, cleaners (overall experience ranging from 0-10 years and the education level ranging from 5th grade of formal education to under-graduation). The management wanted them to be groomed and professional while interacting with the clients who came to the office and also with the other staff members.
The program conducted for them included basics of English language communication (greetings, phrases for daily usage as per their area of work and general), etiquette for interacting with guests, asking basic questions, welcoming visitors, answering the calls in the absence of the concerned person at the reception, serving, basics of writing/note-taking; to name a few.
We are based out of Delhi/NCR and have also done various employment-centric skill development programs for entry-level workforce in various parts of India.
Kindly share your contact coordinates or drop us a mail on solutions(at)jkratos(dot)com and we will get in touch with you at the earliest.
