I want to send a mail to accounts team for annual meet presentation and need to inform them to come with full preparation and question as company is inviting all to for annual meet. Can you help me to draft.

You may prepare the draft on your own with the help of the following points:
a) When the meeting will be held, where it will be held, who will chair the meeting, who will be the coordinator
b) What is the allotment of time duration for each presenter, will presenter's past presentation will be reviewed (for convenience, it is better to prepare time table and attach it as attachment)
c) What should be the focus of presentation
d) What kind of presentation aids will be provided to the presenter
e) Other factors like travel, accommodation, pick and drop arrangement, transportation, dress code etc. Contact details of the person who will do their travel and accommodation arrangement
f) Will there be evening get together? If yes, then will the drinks provided
g) Any other points
