Hold Salary
Dear Sir, I worked as a manager in a pharma company and resigned from my job 3 months ago, but I still have not received my settlement. They told me they would deposit it next month, but 3 months have passed, and I have not received any response from their side. They have not provided me with an appointment letter or payslips; they simply deposit the salary into my bank account.
Every month, 2 or 3 employees resign from the company without receiving their settlements. In my 3 months there, 13 employees have resigned from their jobs. Please understand the company's strategy.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed to the next step? Thank you.
