Government of Kerala Notifications on Minimum Wages
The Government of Kerala, vide G.O.(MS) No. 103/2013/LBR dated 31-8-2013 of the Labour and Skills (E) Department, and G.O.(MS) No. 34/2015/LBR dated 26-03-2015 published in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.19 (Vol. IV) dated 12-05-2015, has released the Consumer Price Index (Cost of Living Index) Numbers applicable to employees under the Minimum Wages Act (Central Act XI of 1948) for the month of November 2016. These numbers have been ascertained by the Director General of Economics & Statistics under clause (C) of Section 2 of the Act.
