Hi,

I worked for 2 years with one of the top BPOs. I was terminated due to some issue. The HR asked me to resign, and I complied. The HR confirmed that he would send the relieving letter to me, but I never received it. This occurred in 2013, and as a result, I have been unable to showcase this significant experience anywhere.

Please assist me if there is any way to address this situation.

Thank you.

Hi. I worked for 1 year with one of the IT companies and I had signed a 1-year bond which I have completed. There is a notice period of 30 days, but I gave a notice of resignation for only 10 days due to some personal issues and I am ready to pay the amount for the remaining 20 days. They are not willing to provide an experience and relieving letter to me despite my numerous requests. Please help me if something can be done. I am in need of help.
