As per Rule 29 (2) of the AP Contract Labour (R & A) Rules 1971, application for the renewal of Contract licence shall be made not less than thirty days before the licence expires. In case of delay, twenty five percent in excess of the ordinary fee shall be payable. Even here, the Licencing officer may reduce or waive the excess fee.
