I am working at a company XYZ, initially before signing 3 years of service agreement i want to quit the company due to the following reasons.

1. They didnt regularize me so far, they mentioned that since you signed service agreement for 3 years, you will be designated as trainee for the complete 3 years.

2. After 6 months they told that salary and other terms will be revised, which actually didnt happen. They are just playing with one point that they will be revised at relevant point of time.

3. They will make us do night support once in a week starting from 10 AM in the morning till next day 5 AM (19 Hours), and we need to be back to office by 3 PM on the same day, they dont provide us any extra allowance and neither transport for going to home.

4. No E.S.I and P.F.

5. Just a month ago they revised the company terms suddenly stating that the notice period is revised from 1 month to 3 months and everyone should sign on that, i refused first as since the terms mentioned before signing service agreement were not fulfilled, they just made us sign forcibly telling that we are going to implement if you sign or not, they just made us sign forcibly.

Can anyone please provide me assistance, I am from a middle class background, i dont want to get involved in any lega troubles and i dont have any trust in our Indian laws as all laws will be in favour of the rich people. I am not happy working in that environment. So please tell me whether i have any right to discontinue from that Company?

Please state the nature of your employment, nature of your company, total strength of employee for better advice.
Since you have mentioned that you do not want to proceed legally nor you trust the Indian laws, hence, I am sorry to say, you DO NOT have any remedy.

Hi
Yes, you have right to discontinue your services. Simply you give your resignation to your manager ; serve notice period and walk out. But all before that, pls. search another suitable job. If you don't want to get yourself in trouble, then its better you take a exit route on good note.
Please note that developing company culture ; employee benefits are the responsibilities of management. Therefore, even if you give your feedback to them or revolt , you may or may not get it , but surely you will invite troubles for yourself.
To be precise, with calm mind look for another job , then quit your current company
