What is the type of your company - a manufacturing unit comprising of mostly blue collar employees or a service industry comprising of white collar employees or an industry comprising more no of Knowledge workers or an N.G.O engaged in social up-lifting activities? Whether you have got a separate R&D wing? Whether the objective behind the establishment of such a library is to promote the over all intellectual interests of the employees or only to enhance their technical/professional knowledge and skill related to their work?
