Dear Team Our company wants to set up an e and physical library for our staff and i have been tasked with that. How do you suggest i do it.

What is the type of your company - a manufacturing unit comprising of mostly blue collar employees or a service industry comprising of white collar employees or an industry comprising more no of Knowledge workers or an N.G.O engaged in social up-lifting activities? Whether you have got a separate R&D wing? Whether the objective behind the establishment of such a library is to promote the over all intellectual interests of the employees or only to enhance their technical/professional knowledge and skill related to their work? I think that if you answer these questions yourself, you will have a thorough picture of the proposed library.
