dear Sir, I had given request at Jalandhar Branch office 2 months back for Merge Contribution of new Esic IP(2913426032) into old IP account(2913276596) & for Adhar card updation in OLd account, still it is pending, please guide me further for possible solution Regards

just visit your local office or regional office, with both cards and ask for "smart card" they will do the balance.

Sir, only appropriate branch office of ESIC is empowered to correct or amend the insurance number or particulars of the insured person and his/her family. Therefore, it will be appropriate if you may contact concerned Branch Office of ESIC, which have made allotment of said insurance number to the insured person.

To my knowledge you can only merge the old IP details into the new IP number and not vice versa as you want it to be. Please check with the ESIC department and try meeting the IT Nodal Cell head to solve this problem at the earliest.

if the employee goes to get Smart card, bio metric formalities are done, and they find the duplicate on spot, earlier one get validated and the later one is merged always
ESIC Local office as Regional office is authorized to do it,
get your latest TIC duly attested by employer with family photo attested by employer alongwith TIC for getting smart card
