All the details of my research are mentioned in the questionnaire; however, here is a brief:
Aim: Exploring the Impact of Kaizen on Personal Effectiveness and Quality of Work Life of Employees in the Organization
Methodology: Comparing the scores of employees who work in organizations that follow Kaizen on Quality of Work Life & Personal Effectiveness Scale to those organizations that don't.
Sample: 150 employees that work in organizations that follow Kaizen; 150 employees that work in organizations that don't follow Kaizen.
If this research is successfully completed, it would surely add to the effectiveness of Kaizen in organizations. Also, since we are aware of the potential Kaizen methodologies have, this research would contribute greatly to the education sector as well.
