Hey Guys, I am working in XYZ company as HR. Now our company has planned to use recruitment software for recruiting. While surfing i go through the term Asynchronous Video recruitment. What is meant by asynchronous video interview? Can anyone explain me about this?

Dear all,
i am working as operations analysts in xyz company, i want to get clarification on difference b/w human resource and operations( Salary & responsibilities). because i have done MBA in HR but working in operations. i have plan to go back to hr but i don't have experience in hr, i had discussed with many but i didn't get clear picture.
i struck here becs of my manger.
i am supporting for shipments clearance with procurement team( commercial & customs).
if i continue here, where will i stand in my future?.
