After a long thinking i decided to post and ask for help through this topic. This is my first experience in my career that i have come across facing this issue.
I have worked in a product startup for 6 months, unfortunately had to quit due to their strategy to borrow service projects and stall the product. Since am a guy who wants to work for a product and enhance the experience rather than working with different projects.
Though my notice period was 2 months, under the request i was relieved after 22 days from the date of putting resignation mail which was instantly approved. I have served till 28th of june which means i should be payed for 28 working days. Received experience and relieving letter as well very soon.

After the gentle mail from my side the reply wasn't satisfactory but they payed me 1/4th of the due. Beside this there are ex_employees of this organisation who are yet to receive final settlement and I am frightened that i could be one. Moreover the provident fund is not yet active as per the records.
One rule i generally came across web is 45 days which means i should be payed within thia duration.

Requesting experts here, since all are legally done by my side, recommend me what should be next step should i take? Please point out things if i was found rude or carrying negative thoughts during relieving the company.

You are entitled to pay of 28 days as well as full and final settlement. Other ex employees are equally entitled to outstanding and statutory dues and other settlements. You can send notices demanding the same through registered post. You can also opt for legal notice.
Regarding PF, did the company deduct PF and not deposited before the EPFO? If that is the case, then just lodge a simple complaint stating the facts with all details regarding deduction of PF before the EPFO.

The PF was deducted, not just mine the whole company’s employees facing the same. Looks like they have already received a notice from epf department.
