I new member to this site but have been silent observer and visitor to this website.
This site is surely a greatful platform for HR professionals to come in at one place to deliberate and help their peers in various intereresting discussions related to work place & personal lives.
I would like to join priviliged on auspicious note that my organization CORBUS has been ranked as No.1 in recently concluded 'Exciting & Emerging Companies to work for Survey'.
This survey was conducted at National level to assess the HR & People practices of various small, mid and big size IT organizations.
We just did not get No.1 rank but we also managed to score above RMSI which has been ranked highly in most employer surveys since last so many years.
Thanks to our all innovative and people centric HR processes and highly committed HR team.
