Hi, I am working as an HR Technical Recruiter for nearly one year in a reputed firm. My desire is to become an "Executive HR." Can someone advise me on how I can achieve this? What qualifications do I need?
Distance MBA Validity in MNCs
Another big doubt that I have is whether a distance MBA from a reputed university is considered valid and accepted as a qualification in MNCs. I only hold an engineering degree and am considering a distance MBA due to my current situation of being unable to pursue it full-time.
Alternative Qualifications for HR Advancement
If a distance degree is not advisable, please suggest alternative ways such as certifications and courses that I can pursue to further qualify myself.

Welcome to the Cite HR family. With an engineering degree, you already have experience in HR. Any course you take should include HR as one of the main subjects. A full-fledged HR course would be desirable. In my view, you are on the right track. If you have decided to study, then study hard and do well. When you finish studying, your line of experience and recent qualification will not be different; this will be a plus point for you. Cite HR has many posts similar to yours. I suggest searching for them to get more details before making a decision.
